In February 2023, the Footman Podiatry and Chiropody Clinic relocated from Acklam to the Cargo Fleet Offices, Middlesbrough.  The clinic room is located on the ground floor,  with easy access for wheelchair users, and people with mobility issues. The  Cargo Fleet Offies have abundant easy and free parking, with an on site cafe open until 3.00pm.
